- Partnerships: activating high-potential talent pools for sales success. We tap into university and tertiary education, diversity groups and more.
- Marketing: making sales the go-to professions for Aussie graduates leveraging social media, performance marketing, case studies and career resources to tap into this audience.
- Admissions: we provide consultations and hands-on support in career conversations, demystifying sales myths through weekly sales webinars and 1:1 career sessions.

- Resilience
3. 1:1 Interview
We conduct deeper conversations with shortlisted reps, focused on deeply analysing the authenticity & relevance of their motivation alongside deeper context on all other dimensions
Reviewing Rep Profiles
Our Rep profiles have a few key sections
- Rep details: contact details and resume
- Background: a quick summary of the rep’s career history
- Video introduction: elevator pitch on why the rep wants to get into sales
- Junior Sales Archetype: this is based on our assessment of the rep through their journey with us
Once you’ve reviewed the profiles, reach out to the Earlywork through your agreed communication channel (Slack, WhatsApp or Teams) and let them know who you’re keen to progress with.
Interviews
We’re happy to help schedule interviews with the reps! Our recommended process is to send us a calendar booking link (e.g. Calendly, Hubspot etc.) that can be used to directly book time into the interviewer’s calendar.
To ensure that you have the best chance of hiring your top preference, we recommend having interview outcomes within 1-2 days and having the availability to schedule following interviews shortly after having an outcome.
Letting reps know about interview outcomes
We’re happy to handle the communications about interview outcomes to our reps - simply let us know the outcomes as soon as possible. For rejected candidates, we’ll often ask for some feedback as well to help us improve on the process going forward
Making an Offer
At this exciting stage, you're ready to make an offer to an Earlywork rep!
Prior to making the offer, it's important to align your account manager to check in on whether the rep is in another late-stage interview process and their sentiment towards the role so you aren’t blindsided. Our incentive is to always be transparent.
We generally prefer that the company make the offer directly, as a personal connection creates the most authentic and compelling experience for the candidate. Our team can provide behind-the-scenes support, offering insights into salary expectations and helping to craft an offer that resonates with the rep's career aspirations.
Whilst we can help collate the contacts, we believe reference checks are best conducted directly by the hiring company. This approach ensures you receive genuine, unfiltered insights into the candidate's capabilities and potential, maintaining the integrity of the hiring process.
Our ultimate goal is to facilitate a successful placement that creates a win-win for both your company and the rep, setting the foundation for a loveable, long-term outcome.
